Common Questions
What is the age requirement?
Applicants must be 18 years or older to join our studio, due to the nature of work we are established in. We prioritise a mature and professional environment for all our talent.
Are models self-employed?
Yes, all models are self-employed. You choose when and how much you work, allowing you to maintain your independence and schedule. Each model is responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance. We do have an in-house accountant should you seek support.
How do I apply to join?
Our process is straightforward. You can apply through our dedicated application form, which we will review to ensure you meet our standards.
What kind of support do you offer?
From day one, you’ll have ongoing support designed to help you build confidence, develop your skills and grow independently. This includes 24/7 group chat support, 1-to-1 training and personalised guidance, full profile setup and ongoing amendments, group training sessions and support calls covering both work and non-work topics. You’ll also have access to weekly competitions and incentives, opportunities to attend events with accommodation provided where applicable, and invitations to photoshoots and marketing campaigns. As part of Boss Babes Studio, you’ll also be among the first to hear about exciting new opportunities, launches and future Studio expansions.
The Vision
Challenging the industry. Changing the narrative.
Boss Babes Studio was built with a clear vision: to create a different kind of agency — one where women can build confidence, develop their skills and create meaningful income without feeling that they have to compromise their personal boundaries to succeed.
We believe non-nude streaming deserves to be taken seriously. We’re here to challenge outdated perceptions of the industry and demonstrate that with the right strategy, consistency, training and support, models can build successful careers while remaining in control of the content they choose to create.
More Than Recruitment
Our vision has never been simply to sign models and leave them to figure everything out alone.
From full account setup and 1-to-1 training to group development sessions, 24/7 community support and ongoing profile optimisation, we aim to give every Boss Babes model the tools and knowledge she needs to develop independently. We want our models to understand their business, recognise their potential and build something that works around their own lives, goals and boundaries.
Women Supporting Women
Behind Boss Babes is a community. We celebrate first streams, personal bests, confidence breakthroughs and the small wins that eventually become big ones. We create opportunities for our models to connect through group training, support calls, competitions, events, photoshoots and marketing opportunities.
Because while our models work independently, we don't believe they should have to build alone.
Recognition That Means Something
In 2025, Boss Babes Studio was recognised among the Top 4 Modelling Agencies at the Glamour Awards.
For us, that recognition represents more than an achievement. It's a sign that the different kind of studio we're building — one centred around boundaries, development, community and genuine support — is being noticed. And we're only getting started.
Where Hustle Turns to Income
Our vision is to continue growing Boss Babes Studio, creating new opportunities for our models and challenging expectations of what success in this industry has to look like. We want women to feel confident setting their own boundaries, ambitious about their goals and supported while they work towards them.
Your boundaries. Your goals. Your success.
This is Boss Babes Studio.
Where hustle turns to income.
